This is a hot and touchy subject and I have to tell you first off that I am glad that I only have a son and not a daughter. If I had a daughter there is no way on earth I would let her out of the house wearing some of the stuff I see on young girls at the movies. We just came back from going to see the movie, “The Lake House”, which was great by the way.
See, I’m not a total jerk; I can appreciate a good movie even if it is a chick flick.

Women cannot understand why it is such an issue for the average man to go shopping in a lingerie store. While I cannot answer for everyone else, it has been my observation that in many cases it is either they are overly self conscious of what people will think or maybe they are insecure. Personally, I get a kick out of going into lingerie stores although they aren’t on my short list of favorite things to do.

If you take the time to pick the correct size and style the right lingerie can slim your figure and make you look better than wearing the same clothing without the lingerie underneath. Sometimes women just skimp on their lingerie purchases and just buy the least it takes to get by because lingerie is unseen, well at least by most! One by product that comes with good quality lingerie is that it also makes you feel better and more confident.

After decades of only targeting the slim poster girl types for lingerie the industry has started shifting back to marketing more lingerie for women with more ample figures. It seems that the lingerie manufacturers are finally realizing that the larger portion of the population is at least a little larger than the girls on the runway commercials for lingerie and some may be a lot bigger!

If you are able to pick out just the right item for her it will show her that you really care about her and she will feel like you are the most romantic guy on the planet, but since we are guys we can also screw it up.
